I am running for township trustee because I believe the job should remain an elected position that is accountable to the taxpayers. This is important because the trustee delivers critical emergency services that require a quick response and attentive management. These services include immediate assistance to families experiencing an unforeseen hardship and fire and emergency medical help to residents outside the city limits. These core services can be better managed in a 36 square mile township versus a 400 square mile county. The services are too vital to put on the plate of an already over worked county government. I am passionate about the work of a trustee and just as important, I have been doing it successfully for the last two years.
Keep the office of the trustee. I’ll listen to your concerns and work for
common solutions. Your township emergency services will be responsive and
accountable.
